Stir-Fried Shrimp and Broccoli
This stir-fry dish is easy and quick to prepare, and it's also packed with nutrients from the shrimp and broccoli. Plus, it only requires one pan, making it a great option for busy people who don't have a lot of time.

peeled and deveined

head broccoli
cut into florets

garlic

Salt and pepper
to taste

In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper.
In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry for a few seconds until fragrant.
Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
Add the shrimp mixture to the pan and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until the shrimp is cooked through and pink.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
